Manifestos of CALIGOMOS ART

We have self-consciousness about Art from human beings and the infinite universe. For reflection on the values of human life and the meaning of life, we embrace the oscillation of Metamodernism and the Integral Theory as an all-inclusive framework to awaken humanity to self-awareness. In this point, we regard that oriental naturalism might be a complementary object for Western thoughts to bring new depth, clarity, and compassion to every level of human endeavour.

As an initiation of the voyage to this planet, our consciousness needs to focus on the central question. This could be possible with a connection and cover together between the infinitesimal and the greatest. On this supposition, the outlook on the planet could be Caliginosity. The meaning is “dark” or “ profound”, which comes from Eastern and Western understandings of the universe and means mysterious or vagueness. Further understanding of this philosophical concept, our planet needs to expand the realm of the thoughts to “Kosmos (κόσμος).” The Kosmos means the total universe of matter, body, mind, and spirit. We have introduced the abstruse concept of Kosmos under the theory of Everything, which is a patterned Whole of all existence (Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms).

To build a philosophy of CALIGOMOS AR (C’ ART), we have coined and proposed our approaches by combining the concepts of “Caliginosity” and “Kosmos“. CALIGOMOS ART (C’-ART) recognizes the crux of Art is to make the best of the present, to search for authenticity in human relations and utopian striving, aim to unify ideas and show how they all reflect the truths and imagination of the holistic worldview. Following are the main thoughts of Caligomos Art.:

Art For Spiritual Enlightenment

We want our Art to speak of the spiritual realities of human life for awakening. By intentionally exploring the void thoughts, we uplift our spiritual mind.

Dynamic Reconcilement

We propose the dynamic reconcilement of conflicts between culture and nature as a metaxy and recognize the conditions of in-betweenness in humans and nature. We attempt to harmonize seemingly opposite ideas or solve contradictions and paradoxes.

Holistic Creations

Put the fragmental, the opposing parts of equal importance, together to create a greater whole in our compound-complex state of mind. We embrace paradoxes and contradictions, which lead to a great view of the universe. We see things like the mind and the body as equal but opposing parts that form a greater whole.

The Reality of Global Interdependence

We see that an artist is a global citizen who makes the world a better place and should have self-cultivation and self-recognition on global issues. We grope coexistence and unity of human beings and nature through artistic worldview.

Our vision is that help humanity lives with the awareness necessary to compassionately integrate the fragmented and partial perspectives of differing pursuits of the good life.

We aim to create artwork to help people they can encounter the new value of their existence. In particular, new Art Challenges could have emerged through a comprehensive, integral, and non-partial approach to complex interdependencies.
